Refund Policy
-No refund if the phone is asking for PIN, which is a password set on the phone.
-No refunds will be given for incorrect data supplied. However, we may choose to re-generate codes for free or at a nominal additional charge if a genuine mistake has been made.
-The unlock code is Tailor Made for 15 digit IMEI / Serial Number from buyer .NO RETURN is available once code processed.
-If you claim that an unlock code failed to work, it only be processed with video proof (images do not count)

**PROOF OF VIDEO* MUST MATCH ALL FOLLOWING CRITERIA’S:

You must type *#06# (or any other way of displaying the IMEI number on the phone's LCD screen) on the keypad then wait 5-10 seconds until we can clearly see and read the IMEI number displayed on the phone.
If a network has been provided, the carrier logo the phone is locked to should be visible.
Insert a sim card which is not currently accepted by the phone, wait 5 seconds until we can clearly see and read the message displayed by the phone.
Enter the code received by the server, VERY SLOWLY, and the keys being pressed (or touched) must be clearly seen in the video as the code is entered into the phone.  If you get an error message, wait 5 seconds so we can clearly see this message.
Make sure the video is focused and the codes, messages, IMEI number are all visible on the phone's display, otherwise your video won't be accepted.

Delivery times & Shipping
Unlock code is processed usually within the time frame listing and will send out right away via email. It might be taking longer due to delays / heavy email volume and server delays. Any orders placed after business hours will be processed the following day.

Mobile code is owned and managed by E distributions UK Ltd. We are a registered limited company. The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with E Distributions:

On ordering from E Distributions  you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. 

All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations. 

Payment Methods 
Note: All orders shipping outside Europe must be paid via direct bank transfer. There are two primary methods of payment for goods ordered: - 1. Online Payment For details of security, please see our security & privacy statements below. Payments can be made using any of the following methods online:-

Please note if you are ordering outside of the UK, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee. 2. Payment after placing order online If you do not wish to pay online, please complete the online order form and further instructions will be presented. The following methods of payment are accepted:-

o    Cheque /Postal Order - Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days. 

o    Direct Bank Deposit - Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the E Distributions account. This can be arranged at any branch of NatWest. 

o    Bank Transfer - Most UK banks will carry out bank transfers for no charge and this can usually be arranged over the telephone. Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the E Distributions account.

Please complete the online order form for more information on how to pay by the above means. Please ensure that the correct funds arrive in the E Distributions account, after any charges that are due for delivery & foreign transfers etc. 

Delivery  
Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment. Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order. Our standard rates are: UK - £4.50 per KG 
worldwide - £6.50 per KG 
Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow 5 working days. Worldwide delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail First Class International Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary , from 2-10 working days. E Distributions Ltd. is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed as a result of this. 

Security  
Orders placed online can be placed on our order form.  Payments placed online will be placed on PayPal Secure Server. On this form, all credit / debit card details are place on PayPal security payment server; we do not actually see your credit / debit card details. 
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online. 

Privacy Statement  
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. E Distributions will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure, password-protected servers. We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the E Distributions web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. 
We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the E Distributions web site. 

Cancellation  
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt , Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 

Returns Policy  
We operate a 7 days return period as explained below. All the products on sale from E distributions have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please e-mail us at:sales@gsmfone.co.uk 
Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 7 days will be replaced. 
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense. 
We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made.  However any unlocking clips, debranding packs, unlock packs, spy phones, stealth phones or any other one time use items are exempt from this, as our policy is not to supply these types of items to be used by the customer then returned for refund or exchange, unless found to have a manufacturing fault. 
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase. 
Refunds by PayPal etc. are made to the same email address that was used for the purchase. 
The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected. 

Our fraud Policy:
E Distributions UK  Ltd. will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. 
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.
